The servicing options below relate to our previous range of projecting clocks only. No user serviceable parts exist with the Microsweep, Maxisweep or Maxi-Ceiling. If you have a problem with any of these products, be certain that the battery and / or bulb has been replaced (depending on the suspected malfunction).

Return of complete unit

Unit returned to Timebeam By Design Limited for complete service including (where necessary):

Replacement of bulb, and
Replacement of clock motor
